Claims Digger

Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This page describes Claims Digger’s current data practices in plain language and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney. It will be reviewed and finalized before general availability.

1. What we collect

Account information you provide (name, company name, email address), the schedule files (XER/XML) you upload, and everything Claims Digger derives from them -- parsed schedule data, comparisons, DCMA-14 results, and project details. We also record which collaborators you’ve added to a project and their access level.

2. How we use it

To operate the service: authenticate you, store and process your uploaded schedules, run comparisons and health checks you request, and let you share a project with collaborators you choose. We don’t use your project data to train third-party models or sell it to advertisers.

3. Cookies

Claims Digger uses only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in (set by our authentication provider, Supabase). We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies anywhere on the site today.

4. Who we share data with

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service, each of whom processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (application hosting), Railway (backend processing), and Resend (transactional email, e.g. login alerts and messages you send us). We don’t sell your data to anyone.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your data stays available for as long as your account is active. You can archive or delete projects and schedule files from within the app, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to your projects is restricted to your account and any collaborators you explicitly add.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy, or want to request your data be deleted? Reach out through our Contact page.
