Terms of Service

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This page describes Claims Digger’s current terms in plain language and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney. It will be reviewed and finalized before general availability.

1. Your account

You create a Claims Digger account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google or Microsoft. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of every schedule file you upload and every project, comparison, or result Claims Digger generates from it. We don’t claim any rights to your project data beyond what’s needed to operate the service on your behalf, and we don’t sell your data to third parties.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Claims Digger to upload data you don’t have the right to use, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to violate any applicable law.

4. Pricing and billing

Claims Digger is currently in early access and offered free of charge. We’ll introduce paid plans in the future, and this section will be updated with specific billing terms before any charge is ever introduced — nothing changes without notice.

5. Service availability

Claims Digger is provided on an “as is” basis during early access. We work to keep the service reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the product may change as we continue building it.

6. Termination

You can stop using Claims Digger and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
