Critical path test
Whether the activities P6 marked as driving form one connected chain.
ThresholdConnected
What it measures
Whether the critical path is a single unbroken chain.
How Claims Digger calculates it
Reads the activities P6 itself marked as driving and checks whether they form one connected chain through the relationships between them, or break into disconnected pieces. It tests only that chain, not the rest of the schedule's logic.
Why it matters
A broken critical path is the concrete symptom of missing logic on the path that controls the finish date.
How to fix a failure
- Find the gap between the disconnected driving activities and add the missing relationship.
- Re-run the schedule in P6 and re-export to confirm the chain closes.
Claims Digger runs all 14 checks on any schedule you upload, and lists the exact activities behind every failure. See how the health check works.
