DCMA-14 · Check 11 of 14

Missed tasks

Activities whose baseline finish has passed but which haven't finished.

Threshold0

What it measures

How much work has slipped past its baseline date.

How Claims Digger calculates it

Compares each activity's baseline (planned) finish with the current data date. If the baseline finish has passed and the activity hasn't finished (using its actual finish if it has one, otherwise its forecast finish), it is flagged with how many days late it is. Any missed task is flagged; the check passes only at zero.

Why it matters

It is a direct, activity-level view of slippage against the plan, and it points straight at the work that moved.

How to fix a failure

  • There is nothing to 'fix' in the file: the list is the finding. Use it to see which activities slipped and by how much.
  • Compare the update against earlier ones to see when each slipped.

Claims Digger runs all 14 checks on any schedule you upload, and lists the exact activities behind every failure. See how the health check works.
