DCMA-14 · Check 10 of 14
Missing resources
Incomplete tasks with no resource assigned.
Threshold< 5%
What it measures
Whether unfinished work carries any cost or labor loading.
How Claims Digger calculates it
Counts incomplete tasks with no resource assigned, divided by the incomplete tasks evaluated. The check passes below 5%. It only applies to schedules that use resource loading at all; otherwise it is reported as not applicable.
Why it matters
An activity with no resource loading can't be used to track cost or labor effort, so earned value and productivity analysis have nothing to work with.
How to fix a failure
- Assign the resources or cost that the work actually requires.
- If the schedule is deliberately not resource-loaded, record that decision so the check is read correctly.
Claims Digger runs all 14 checks on any schedule you upload, and lists the exact activities behind every failure. See how the health check works.
